Vanity International has secured thousands of toll-free numbers for our call center and professional clients over the years, and is gearing up for the 855 number launch this month.
Beyond the first THREE for FREE toll free 855 number requests, you pay a small, non-refundable retainer as low as $2 per number which will fully apply toward services rendered -- or refunded -- according to our money back guarantee. There are no “request fees,” so you only pay for results. However, member registration and a valid credit card on file will be required for all submissions. We do not process anonymous requests.

For 855 numbers, you pay for actual reservations -- as low as $139/number-- and you can request:
- Up to THREE requests for FREE
- Up to 20 numbers, just $89
- Up to 50 numbers, just $189
- Up to 100 numbers, just $300
- Up to 200 numbers, just $500
The additional non-refundable retainer for anything over 500 toll free 855 numbers is just $2 each. Be sure to request a minimum of 10 toll free 855 numbers for guaranteed* results!
By submitting requests, you agree that all revenues earned by Vanity Internationl are agency revenues, strictly defined and expressly acknowledged as being paid for professional acquisition services. You are not “buying” numbers, but are paying professional fees on per success basis.
855 Number Submissions
There will be two types of ADVANCED submissions, Primary and Secondary. Those submission deemed as, "Primary" 855 numbers will be submitted as the 855 code opens. Those deemed as, "Secondary" 855 numbers will be submitted just after the opening, in an attempt to to secure good 855 numbers en masse ahead of the storm of manual processing that will follow.
Only submit Secondary 855 number requests for those numbers that are not valuable or likely to be requested by others. These numbers will be lost to anyone requesting them at the 855 code opening.
Vanity International agrees to secure the requested toll-free numbers from the spare pool on a non-exclusive, agency basis, as others may be requesting any or all of the same numbers.
This agreement confers no fiduciary duty to the requesting party beyond us making a reasonable effort to secure numbers from the spare pool upon the code opening, and again at the end of the first reservation period for those 855 Numbers that may drop spare again -- if we agree to do so on your behalf. No fiduciary duty or agency relation is conferred whatsoever simply by making a "855 request" on this web site (see comments below).
In addition, you agree, and it is expressly declared, that any and all references to mnemonic overlays such as 855-Lawyers, 855-Dentist are for the sole convenient of recall. We are engaged in the acquisition of the underlying toll free 855 numbers only, and the suitability of use as a vanity number is on an, "as is" basis.
All hardware, software, and operating intelligence remain the sole property of Vanity International and will not be disclosed, so don’t even ask about our secret sauce.
Success fees and Payments
- Primary Submissions; $189 per successful acquisition, if you are the sole requester. Primary submissions should be used for all valuable numbers and those that are likely to be targeted by others. Deadline is midnight on Thursday, October 7, 2010 for advanced submissions. Those received before the deadline were less.
- Secondary Submissions; $139 per successful acquisition, if you are the sole requester. Secondary submissions should not be selected for any numbers that will be contested by others under the theory that they will be lost by the time these requests are put through. Please note, if another party makes a primary request for the same number the minimum success fee will automatically be upgraded to $189. Deadline was midnight on Thursday, October 7, 2010 for advanced submissions. Those received before the deadline were less.
- Contested 855 Numbers; Numbers requested by more than one party will automatically go to a Self-Pricingsm auction round and be awarded to the requester who values it most, or to a 3rd party if requesters fail to execute their right of first refusal (see below). You truly will not need to be present to win -- unlike most other goofy auction formats. All decisions are final. Auction will be on Friday, October 8th and results will be confidential until after the code opens on Saturday (Think about it. If we released the results in time for others to speculate on any high value targets, we'd be INVITING competition!).
- Live 855 Reservations: We will be taking live reservations, allocation permitting, for $289 each, after the code opening.
Exceptions: Vanity International will be attempting to secure several dozen numbers for it's development arm, but cannot publicly disclose what they are for competitive reason.
Please rest assured that we have no interest in 99%+ of the available numbers and will be going only for few valuable ones. We will not be tareting 855-Flowers, 855-Lawyers, 855-Doctors, 855-Dentist, 855-Collect, and 99%+ of the others for ourselves, so go for it!
You set the price or meet the price.
If you are the sole requester of any 855 numbers, you will automatically become the Customer or Record once you’ve paid the success fees.
If there are multiple requesters, however, there will be a Self-Pricingsm auction to determine which requester values it most. The bidding will be open to 3rd parties, but if any 3rd party bid exceeds the requester's bid, the original requesters will have the right-of-first-refusal in order of who first requested the number. So act now! Being first movers will be a huge benefit for hotly contested numbers like 855-Lawyer, 855-Doctors, etc..
So here’s how the 855 launch will work: You either (a) request it and get it, (b) request is and get it in the Self-Pricingsm auction, or (c) match a 3rd party bid and get it.... Get it?
But, just what is this "it" you get? Apparently we need to speak very sloooooooowly so "Joey the Shark" can follow along, and won't write any more silly letters to the FCC. The "it" you are requesting, the "it" you are bidding for, the "it" you match price on, is our agency. That's "it." Get it? We do not have any 855 numbers to sell. Nobody does!. We only have professional services to sell. The auction is to fix the price of our professional services as we head into the code opening. Get it, Joey?
Of course, nothing is locked in until the agency fees are paid by the successful requester/bidder. Yet, our dynamic pricing assures that our services always matches the actual value. And if you don't like the pricing, there will be no one to blame but the other bidders!
Retainers are due within 5 days of your request to hold your position. Final agency fees are due by October 8, 2010, or 48 hours after your auction closes. Refunds will be paid as soon as our acquisition options have been exhausted, no later than 60 days. Our goal is to assure that clients receive value that far exceeds any upfront expenditures.

Beyond the first THREE for FREE toll free 855 number requests, you will be asked to pay a small, non-refundable retainer as low as $2 per number which will fully apply toward services rendered. There are no “request fees” and you only pay for results according to the terms of this guarantee.
If you submit 10 or more numbers, we guarantee that we will secure and convey 855 numbers the exceeds your non-refundable retainer or your money back. This is a money-back guarantee only. We cannot guarantee results, but we will be developing a strategy guide to help you get results.
If you are the successful requested for any or all of these 10 numbers, this retainer will be fully applied towards the amount due, and you only pay the difference. If, however, you are not the successful bidder on any or all of the reservations secured, the retainer is non-refundable and void -- so long as the value conveyed exceeds your upfront investment.
Here's some examples to help make this clear:
- You submit 20 numbers, we get three, and you get two. You are awarded one as sole requester and two others go to auction. Let's say you win* one of those at $300. You pay $300 + $89 less the $89 retainer, or $300.
- You submit 15 numbers and we get None. This can happen, especially if you're only going for block-buster numbers like 855-Flowers, 855-Doctors, etc.. If we fail to secure and convey 855 numbers that exceeds your non-refundable retainer, you get your money back as soon as all candidates are are placed in, "working" status in the SMS/800 database (within 45 days). Simple.
- You submit 10 numbers (the minimum), we get three, and you get None. This could happen if all 855 numbers secured go to auction and you were out-bid each time. You would not get your money back, as we're conveyed over $89 worth of value and you had your chance to win.*
- You submit 10 numbers (the minimum), we get one Seconday number. This could happen if the only 855 number secured is a low priority, Secondary submission. You would get the difference back, $89 less $39, or $50.
- You submit 3 numbers and we get One. Assuming you are the sole requester, you pay either $39 or $89 depending on how you made your submission.
- You submit 3 numbers and we get None. This can happen, especially if you're only going for block-buster numbers like 855-Flowers, 855-Doctors, etc.. However, if you didn't pay anything upfront, there's no money to give back.
*Win means you won agency on Friday, October 8, 2010.
